Quality Check Points

    Product Manual

    The step-by-step procedure for controlling the quality of bags begins with the Product Manual. When a counter sample is developed for a client, a detailed product manual is prepared.

    Pattern

    Patterns for all sizes are drawn by the sampling department. Most of our clients send us the patterns by e-mail.

  • 03
    Fabric Testing

    Stringent Fabric Testing for various parameters such as shrinkage, color fastness, and color matching is conducted for each lot.

    Accessories QC

    Accessories are checked against defined quality parameters before they are accepted in the stores.

    Pre-Production Sample

    Sent to clients for approval to ensure zero misunderstanding regarding style, measurements, or packing.

    Production Sample

    Unit supervisor makes a sample from the fabric cut pieces to ensure complete understanding of the manual.

    Fabric Cut-Pieces

    Cut pieces are checked by the unit supervisor with the product manual to ensure precision.

    Line Checking

    Supervisor checks 10% of bags made by each worker to identify potential problems early in the process.

    Final Checking

    100% of bags are checked by finishing checkers for defects in stitching, printing, and labeling.

    Unit Supervisor QC

    After packing, before dispatch, the unit supervisor checks a 5% random sample of the bags.

    Pre-Shipment QC

    The most experienced QC person does sample checking of the entire consignment before loading.
